What we eat affects us every level, from the macro to the micro. It effects the way we act, feel; it effects our relationship to ourselves, each other and the planet. We don’t preach or prescribe any specific diet or lifestyle. We simply ask that you be conscious of the choices you make. Many of us have a strange relationships with food and our intention is to provide programming that gives you tools to learn to make the best conscious choices relating to not only your yoga practice, but your eating habits and patterns as well.
