Classes

Aha Yoga teachers are known to teach powerful, challenging-yet-fun vinyasa flow classes in a heated room.
Be prepared to breathe, sweat and transform!

About the Classes

There are two basic tenants to every good yoga class:

  1. Breathe. Develop breath awareness.  Most classes have three components to them: breath awareness, linking the breath to the movement, and having an elevated intention, allowing you to have a moving meditation.  Ujjayi breath is the breathing technique used in flow.  Click here if you don’t know what ujayyi breath is. (this will link to a youtube video).
  2. Practice ahimsa, or non-harming.  Yoga poses are potent. Know, respect and honor your limitations.  Repetition makes the magic happen, so be patient with your progress and don’t compare yourself to your neighbor!
